It’s not everyday that one sees jellyfish stranded on a grassy ledge. This occurs every day as the ocean ebbs and flows through a very narrow inlet. It looks like a fast-flowing river, but with thousands of jellyfish. And it switches directions every 6 hours. It’s a very cool place, indeed. These plates are Raku, with seaweed imprint. My new favourite!
Technicolor summer
I've lived in Norway for 20 years and I'll never get used to the fact that it can snow one week, then explode into full green foliage the next.
....and then perhaps snow again... yes, in June!
